Control the Flow
Equipped with an intuitive airflow collar, Palm Pro is able to deliver more than just adjustable voltage settings. Control the suction resistance simply by adjusting the airflow collar left or right to change the size of the gap.
• Fully open (left) - For less dense clouds, best flavor, and cooler vapors
• Halfway open (middle) - Happy medium for flavor and clouds
• Narrowly open (right) - For warm, dense, tasty clouds

Fits nice in the palm of my hand when being discrete. I like the maganet connection, ability to adjust air flow and temperature.
I have an older model and ordered this one recently. However, no matter what I do it is not working or defective, I have tried multiple carts and connectors and it won't work, I have followed the instructions with no luck.

I appreciate the size of this battery, it fits nicely in my hand with room to spare. It charges fast via USB-C and lasts a decent amount of time. I am not sure if it was the vape cart I had or the Palm Pro, but the draws are a little hard to get at times. Maybe I am trying to pull too hard, but I do have the airflow all the way open. All in all good for the price.
