Suggestion: Pre-Test prior to shipping

I purchased six items - (3) mpb pros and (3) Silos. One of each was shipped defective. They don't charge or turn on. I wrote the company an email to no avail.
I still haven't heard back so I guess I have to eat the lost. I've been a customer for many years
It's fine, I won't purchase another CCell item again!
