1. Where can I find my product’s serial number?
Your product’s QR code is printed on its packaging. Scan the QR code to find your device’s serial number.

2. How to charge Cira?
Put your Cira on its charging base, connect the cable’s DC connector end to the charging base, and connect the USB end to the power adapter. Alternatively, connect the DC connector end directly to the device itself and the USB end to the power adapter plugged into a power source such as an outler.

The OLED display will show the battery level of your device.

3. Can Cira be used while charging?
For safety precautions, it is not recommended to use Cira while the device is charging.

4. My Cira isn’t charging.
· Check that your Cira charging port, charging cable, charging base, and power adapter are in good condition.
· When your Cira won’t charge using the charging base, connect your charging cable directly to Cira.
· When your Cira won’t charge via your charging cable, use the charging base to connect your Cira with the charging cable.
· Use another certified USB power adapter to check whether your Cira power adapter is working.

5. My Cira isn’t producing vapor.
Try the following methods first:
• Make sure the unit has enough charge in its battery.
• Ensure the heating chamber is properly screwed onto the top of the Cira base, with no gaps or holes in it. Also, check for any residue build up inside the heating chamber – this must be cleaned out after every use.
• Turn the base off and let the chamber cool down to room temperature. Unscrew the chamber and screw it back onto the base and turn your device on again.
• If your Cira still produces no vapor, email the AUXO Customer Support Team with images of the inside of the heating chamber and a short video or image of the error message on the OLED display. We will do our best to troubleshoot or provide alternative solutions for you.

6. How to operate Cira?
• Turning on/off: To turn the device on and off, press the "⊙" button for 2 seconds. The device will turn off automatically when no activities are detected for 10 minutes or longer.
• Adjusting temperature: When the device is on, press +/- to adjust the temperature. The temperature range is from 450-1000°F ((232-538°C) and each press adjusts 10°F at a time.
• Start Heating: After setting your preferred temperature, press the “⊙” button twice to start heating.
• Extended heating mode: When your session enters the last 10 seconds of a cycle, you can extend the heating time for another 15 seconds by double pressing the "+" button. You can extend for as many times as you wish once the session hits its last 10 seconds. Each Cira package comes with a user manual, check the manual for detailed illustrations and instructions. You can also download the user manual here.

7. Can I insert dry herb into Cira?
Dry herb is not supported for vaporization in Cira. It is specifically designed for vaporizing concentrates.

AUXO vaporizers are only intended for use with products made from federally legal hemp as defined in relevant provisions of the 2018 Farm Bill and codified at 7 U.S.C. § 1639o(1) and 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B)(i) and are not intended for use with any illegal controlled substance.

8. What does "No Nail" on the display mean？
This message means that the heating chamber is not connected to Cira or the inside line of the heating chamber is oxidized or broken.

9. What does “Time Out” on the display mean?
Time Out will show whenever the heating session is over. 

10. What does “Temp Out” on the display mean?
When the device temperature is detected to be too high for safe use during the heating process, the device will shut down to protect itself from overheating. The Temp Out message will show for 1 second before it shuts down. Once the device cools down, normal usage can be resumed.

11. How do I clean Cira?
Cleaning the heating chamber:
• If there is any residues, heat the empty chamber to clean it.
• Let the chamber cool down to room temperature. Remove the chamber with a twisting motion and drop it into 99% isopropyl alcohol, submerging the chamber completely.
• After a few minutes, take the chamber out and clean it with cotton swabs. Let it dry completely before use.

Cleaning the glass piece:
• Remove the glass piece from your device.
• Pour 99% isopropyl alcohol into the glass piece and let sit for a few minutes.
• Shake the glass piece gently before pouring the alcohol out. Clean the glass piece with cotton swabs.
• Rinse the glass piece with water. Let it dry completely before reattaching for use.

Note: Cleaning and maintenance must NOT be performed before the device is turned off and cools down to room temperature.

12. Limited Warranty Coverage
AUXO provides a limited warranty on authentic products purchased from the AUXO official website and authorized offline stores against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. AUXO warrants only to the original purchaser of the product and the limited warranty is nontransferable. The limited warranty does not apply to products that were sold by any third-party resellers.

AUXO offers a 2-year limited warranty on the device. Glass bubbler, other attachments and accessories are not covered under the limited warranty.

In no event shall any recovery against AUXO exceed the actual price paid for the purchase of the product.
 
13. Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not apply to certain situations and conditions, including but not limited to:
1. Any AUXO product sold by an unofficial AUXO website or unauthorized offline store(s).
2. Damage(s) caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
3. Damage(s) caused by the device being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g., liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, unusually heavy perspiration or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g., sand, food, dirt or similar substances).
4. Damage(s) caused by operating the device or charging adapter outside the permitted or intended use as prescribed in the user manual.
5. Damage(s) in the heating chambers due to tampering or counterfeit or caused by filling with unrecognized or unauthorized materials.
6. Damage(s) caused by modifications to alter functionality or capability.
7. Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports.
8. Any device where the serial number has been tampered with, erased or obscured, or is not genuine.
9. Normal performance degradation of batteries. Please contact AUXO Customer Support for more information on battery degradation.
